【Bug】【-】BLE Devices on Android phones are not performing well (RCS)
Changed the BLE scan to be performed in the Foreground service so that the BLE equipment log is generated without being affected by the status of the device.
★Attention
In order to gain the effect of the accuracy improvement, the battery setting of SC Field in the Android device has to be set to "Unrestricted".
