5/13/2026-SCFO Unit Updates, Task Note Expansion, Clock Switching Notes & Logging Enhancements

1.【Improvement】【Unit】Add the unit "Tonne" for SCFO.  Add "Tonne" to the Metrics category in addition to the current "Metric ton".

2.【Improvement】【Task note】 Task note: Increase the number of letters for notes in the Task. Customers had requested that the word limit be increased to 2,000 characters.

3.【Improvement】【Switching Task】 Add a notes section when users switch tasks in their time clock. Add a notes section when users switch tasks (the same as the notes section when clocking in). Apply the entered memo to the current entry. The user can modify this information when switching tasks.

4.【Improvement】【Logs】Add logs for Clock-in/out issue analysis. The clock-in/clock-out operation is divided into a reasonable number of steps, with logging added at each step. This allows you to identify where the process stalls.

5.【Improvement】【Daily Report】】 Change equipment hour to HH: MM instead of decimal points. In the daily report, the user's hours are marked in HH: MM format; however, the equipment hours are shown as xx.xx hours. So, the equipment hours are displayed in HH: MM format for consistency.
