Security Roles

Below you will see each security role outlined and what permissions come along with it. 

Universal

This security permission level is the least restrictive and can do everything from submitting a report to creating and deactivating a user. See all Universal permissions in the graphic below.

Office Admin

This security permission level is the second least restrictive and can do most of the same things as Universal. See all Office Admin permissions in the graphic below.

Lead Technician

This security permission level is the second most restrictive. They don't have admin permissions but still have more than the field techs. See all Lead Technician permissions in the graphic below.

Field Technician

This security permission level is the most restrictive. See all Field Technician permissions in the graphic below.
