Picking the Typical Work Day will help to detect irregular logins. (e.g. employees trying to clock in after they have clocked out for the day)
The Work Holidays would be the holidays that the enterprise observes.
Selecting Notify Irregular Jobsite Activity will flag employee’s timecard that does not follow the “Typical Work Day” and “Work Holidays” guideline.
Selecting Send Default Schedule Clock-In and Out Reminders will send a user a timeclock notification to clock-in/out based on the time of the day.
Note* The Project Info also has a similar menu. This is due to certain projects that cannot be worked during the default work schedule.
As an example, the DOT (dept. of transportation) would grant permission to work during the nighttime on busy intersections. The project, in turn, would observe all government holidays. These criteria would likely go against the company’s default work schedule and should be setup specifically in the project info.
