- From the Homescreen, tap the Time Log icon.
- The Time Log opens. Use the calendar to navigate to the date to which the time entry will be added. Then, tap the "+" button in the lower right corner of the screen to add a time entry. Note that you will only be able to add time entries for users who do not currently have an open time entry, and you will only be able to see all users in teams in which you are a Leader or Primary Leader.
- The Add Time Entry options open. First we'll walk through how to make a single time entry and then explain how to add a crew entry. To add a single time entry, tap the Single User Entry option.
- The Users menu opens, prompting you to select the user for whom you'll be adding time. Note that users who already have time entries are indicated by red text below their name. Time entries may still be added for users who have a time entry for the day, but the time entries may not overlap.
- The Add Time Entry dialogue opens.

Date: By default, the date you were displaying in the previous screen will appear here. If this is not the date you wish to add a time entry to, return to the previous screen and navigate to the correct date. |
b. | Clock In, Clock Out and Break Times: Use these fields to enter the start and end time for this time entry. Once Clock In and Clock Out times have been input, the Add Break Time option becomes active and breaks may be added as well. |

Project, Task, Cost Code, and Notes: The project will already be applied to the time entry based upon the project you are currently viewing and the associated cost code will be entered as well (if relevant). Choose a Task from the dropdown menu (or add a new task via that same menu if the needed task does not appear) and optionally add notes.

- To save changes, tap the Checkmark button, and to discard tap the "X" button.
- If the user you are adding a time entry for has a pre-existing time entry, you will be notified if time entries are overlapping and prompted to resolve the issue before you are able to save. T
- The new time entries now appear in the Time Log.
- To add multiple time entries at once AKA a Crew Time Entry, click the "+" button at the base of the screen and select the Crew Time Entry option.
- The Crew Time Entry form opens. Enter a clock in (mandatory) and clock out time, add a break time if desired, then tap the Add Workers button.
- The Users dialogue opens. Select the users for whom you'd like to add the time entry. Note that users who had time entries for the previous day will be listed first for easy access. Below, you can see that any users already have a time entries for today (Karen Decker in this example) and will not be available to add for this crew entry. Her entry would need to be modified separately via edit functionality.
- Add a task, cost code (mandatory), and any notes, then tap the Checkmark button to proceed.
- The new crew entry appears in the Time Log.
