Viewing the Survey Log

1. From the Homescreen, tap the Safety button.
   
   From any other screen in the app, tap the Survey Log icon in the lower menu.
2. The Survey Log screen opens showing surveys completed today associated with the current project. If you have admin rights you will view completed surveys for everyone on the project who has taken a survey in addition to your own. It's important to note that any surveys that have been marked as "required" will appear in this listing with a blue sticker denoting their required status, as well as in the Daily Summary Report. Here are additional Survey Log details:
   

a.	Back Arrow: Tap this arrow to return to the previous screen.
b.	Project Name: Displays the project whose surveys you're currently viewing.
c.	Date Toggle: By default the Survey Log will open to today's date. Tap the arrow to the left of the date to reach an earlier date, and tap the arrow to the right of the date to advance to a later date.
d.	Date Picker: By default the Survey Log will open to today's date. Tap the date to open a calendar and choose another date to view.
e.	Survey Category: Each survey is associated with a category that indicates what type of survey it is.
f.	More Options: Tap these three dots to open a dropdown menu. The option to delete the survey entry is revealed.
g.	Survey Title: The survey's title appears here. Tap anywhere on this Survey Log entry to view survey results.
h.	Survey Participation Details: The user who took the survey's name appears here with the time and date that the survey was completed. The time and date detail corresponds to the project's time zone.
i.	Add Survey: Tap to the "+" button to open the Survey Listing. Tap your desired survey to open and complete it.
