Before getting started, your organization must have an Enterprise setup of Smart Construction Field as well as a LANDLOG Enterprise account.
To tie your Smart Construction Field instance to LANDLOG via Single Sign On:
- Navigate to the Moovila Enterprise Console.
- Enter the email address associated with your LANDLOG account. Click the Continue button.
- The LANDLOG SSO (LLSSO) Authentication page opens. Enter the email address and password for your LLSSO account, then click the Login button. This authenticates the user via LLSSO, and you will now be logged into the Enterprise Console.
To create a new user in Enterprise Console and LANDLOG SSO:
- Navigate to the Smart Construction Field Enterprise Console. In the Admin section, click on User Maintenance.
- The User Maintenance screen opens. Click the Add User button.
- The Add User dialogue opens. Enter display name, first and last names, email, phone, and hourly rate. Choose a role for this user from the dropdown menu and double check the permissions listed.
- Click Save. (If a user has an email address that is outside of your whitelisted domains you’ll be prompted to approve their addition.)
- The new user created in Enterprise Console will be sent an invitation email with a link for them to log into the system.
To confirm that the user was successfully added to LANDLOG SSO:
- Go to the account manager URL for LLSSO. If you’ve already logged into Enterprise Console, you will automatically be logged into LLSSO.
- Click on the Group Setting option.
- Click the Select Members tab.
- Find the user in the user listing. As a Super Admin in LLSSO, you can edit or delete users in that system.
