- From the Homescreen, tap the Equipment button.
From any other screen in the app, tap the icon in the lower menu. - The Equipment Log screen opens. Tap the expand arrow for the equipment whose report you wish to see.
- The detailed timecard information associated with that piece of equipment appears, including the operator's name and the times the Bluetooth beacon reported the equipment was being operated. In the event that the operator's device does not have network connectivity, the information will still be collected and synced up when the device regains network connectivity. All entries are recorded and displayed in the project's local time zone. If the log is being viewed in a different time zone it will still display in the time zone associated with the project. Equipment log entries that are still open (they do not have an end time) will display without access to reports.
- To view an Equipment Log Location Report:
a. Tap the Map icon associated with the entry. b. A satellite map opens in your mobile device's browser, showing all of the locations that the equipment visited during the time entry. Double tap any area of the map to zoom into that area. c. Tap any of the points on the map to view details regarding latitude and longitude. - To download a report, tap the Download icon at the bottom of the screen. A list of file format option appears. Select the desired format by tapping on it, or tap Cancel to exit the download dialogue.
- To share a report, tap the Share icon.
The Share window opens. Copy the Embed Code to insert the report on a webpage, copy the Link to share it, or tap the Email button to send it via your mobile device's email program. - To return to Smart Construction, you will need to close out of the report and return to the Smart Construction app.
