- From the Homescreen, tap the Time Log button.
From any other screen in the app, tap the icon in the lower menu. - The Time Log screen opens displaying the following detail:
a. Back Arrow: Tap to return to the previous screen. b. Project Title: Displays the title of the project currently being viewed. In this example, we are only looking at time entries for the Moove Construction Demo project. c. Filter: Tap the Filter icon to limit the time entries displayed by a specific time period or employee. d. Date Advance Arrows: Tap the arrows on either side of the current date being displayed to move forward or backwards in time entries. e. Current Date/Date Picker: By default, the current date will display when the Time Log is opened. Tap this date to open a date picker and select a new date to view. f. Labor Time Log Detail Report: Clicking this button will open a Labor Log Report for the day that is being viewed in a PDF format. g. Time Entry User Name: Time entries are grouped by user. This detail shows the user’s name and photo. If the circle around the user's image is red it means that the user has completed the clock in/clock out cycle. A green circle indicates that the time entry is still open. h. Time Entry Date + Hours:This detail shares the date that the time was logged, and the total number of hours worked on that day. Users may have multiple time entries across multiple tasks on any given day—this is the total of those entries. Please note that all entries are recorded and displayed in the project's local time zone. If the log is being viewed in a different time zone it will still display in the time zone associated with the project. i. Expand User Records: Tap on this arrow to expand and see full details of a user's time entries. Tap again to collapse. j. Time Entry Adjustment: Tap to add an adjustment to the Time Log. This allows you to add additional hours to a user's timecard that may not have been captured manually.
- Tap any user’s time entry summary to expand it and view details associated with that day’s work. In the entry below you can see that Bill Weller has one time entry on this date (from 8:53AM-11:54AM) with a 12 minute break, and one time adjustment.
- To close out of the detail view, tap the “^” in the lower right hand portion of the entry.
