Viewing the Material Delivery Log

1. From the Homescreen, tap the Material button.
   
   From any other screen in the app, tap the  icon in the lower menu.
2. The Material Delivery Log screen opens. All material deliveries entered into Smart Construction for the current project are listed. Tap any entry to view details. Here’s an overview of this screen:
   
   

   a.	Back Arrow: Returns you to the previous screen.
   b.	Chat Icon: Tap to view the chat associated with this project.
   c.	Project Name: The name of the current project being viewed appears here.
   d.	Filter: Tap to filter the material delivery entries shown based on specific terms, a time period, a vendor or status.
   e.	Date Picker: Tap the left arrow to go to an earlier date in your Materials Delivery Log or the right arrow to go to a later date. Tap the date in the center to open a month view and select a date to display entries from that day.
   f.	Material Log Detail Report: Tap this button to view a PDF Material Log Detail Report using the material delivery entries displaying on the screen based on current filter criteria.
   g.	Vendor Image: This is the image associated with the vendor listed in the entry. If the receipt entered is an OCR receipt, that will show in the vendor image's place. (See the second entry in the above image.)
   h.	Keyboard Entry Icon: If a ticket number has been manually entered for a material delivery entry this icon will display.
   i.	Expand Arrow: Tap to expand and view media thumbnails and material listings. If items have related cost detail, it will be visible to users with the SC- Cost Visibility permission active. Tap any thumbnail image to expand it, and the option to download appears so that images can be saved to your mobile device.
   j.	OCR Entry Icon: If a ticket has been entered using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) this icon will appear. When OCR has been used it means that all text within the material receipt has been pulled from the image and converted into text.
   k.	Associated Materials: This shows a count of the number of materials that have been associated with this entry. Note that the count is of the number of types of materials entered, not necessarily materials themselves. For example, if there were entries for 50 bags of concrete and 500 light switches, the count displayed would be 2, because there are only two types of materials (concrete and light switches).
   l.	Add Materials Delivery: Tap the “+” icon to add a new entry to a project.
