- From the Homescreen, tap the Subcontractor Log button.
From any other screen in the app, tap the icon in the lower menu. - The Subcontractor Log screen opens. To add a new subcontractor entry, tap the "+" button in the lower right corner of the screen.
- The Add Subcontractor Activity screen opens. By default the date will be set to today. Select a Subcontractor from the dropdown menu (required), select a Cost Code from the dropdown menu, choose a Task from the dropdown menu. Under the Machines, Manpower, and Materials sections, add a quantity and type using the dropdown menus (required). If there is more than one type for Machines, Labor or Materials, tap the "+" button to the right of that section to add an additional type. Labor entries have the option to include a time entry. Tap the Add Time Entry icon to proceed.
Note that the icon indicates that there are no operating time entries. The icon indicates that there are operating time entries.
- The Operating Time screen opens. Enter the worker's name (required).
- Enter clock-in and clock-out times (required). After tapping on the Start or End fields, the time picker will open. Tap the icon in the lower left of the Select Time dialogue to toggle between the Clock and Text Input modes. Tap OK to proceed.
. - Once all detail has been entered, tap the Checkmark button to proceed and save changes, or the "X" button to cancel. New entries now appear in the Subcontractor Log.
- To edit a Subcontractor Entry, tap the More Options dots on the right side of the entry you wish to modify, then tap Edit in the dropdown listing.
- The Edit Subcontractor Activity screen opens. Make any desired edits to the entry, and/or tap the Edit Labor Entry icon to edit details of the labor entry. Note that if you are changing the quantity on a labor entry that includes operating time, the operating time will be erased. You will be prompted to accept this before proceeding.
- Tap the Checkmark button to save or the "X" button to cancel.
- To copy a Subcontractor Entry, tap the More Options dots on the right side of the entry you wish to copy, then tap Copy in the dropdown listing.
- The Add Subcontractor screen will open showing a duplicated entry. Note that the entry will display the current date by default, but it can be modified if needed.
- Make any desired edits or additions to the copied entry, and tap the Checkmark button to proceed or the "X" button to cancel.
- To delete a Subcontractor Entry, tap on the More Options dots on the right side of that entry. The dropdown menu will open. Tap Delete.
- You will be prompted to confirm the deletion. Tap OK to proceed.
