From the Homescreen, tap the Material button.
From any other screen in the app, tap the icon in the lower menu.
The Material Delivery Log screen opens. Tap the the “+” icon in the lower right of the app to add a new receipt.
The Create Receipt screen opens to the Manual tab.
By default the Received Date(required) will be set to today's date, but it can be modified. Tap to choose a vendor from the dropdown menu. If you do not know the vendor or the vendor is not listed, you'll still be able to come back and add in this information later. If you are an extended user, note that you will be viewing available vendors for the enterprise to which the project you are viewing belongs.
Next you may add receipts, supporting media and material types to your entry.
Tap Add Receipt to take an image of the receipt or to access an existing image on your mobile device. You may tap Add Supporting Media to include additional videos or images in the Material Log--these may be photos or videos of what was delivered or something else relevant to this material delivery.
To delete the photo you’ve added, tap the Delete icon at the bottom of the screen. To add another image, tap the blue “+” icon in the lower right of the screen. If multiple images have been added, you will be able to toggle between them using the arrows on the side or the screen, or by swiping. Once all images have been added, tap the x button in the upper right to continue.
To add materials to an entry, tap the + Add Material Type button. The Add Materials Type dialogue appears. Select an item from the material type listing if desired (this will auto-populate many of your fields), enter an item name (required), an item description, an item quantity (required), and an item unit of measurement (required). Tap the Checkmark button to proceed.
The added item now appears in the Create Receipt screen. Tap + Add Material Type again to add more items to this receipt, or tap the Delete icon to remove items.
Add the ticket number to the Ticket # field if one is available, associate the receipt with a Task if desired, add a Cost Code (required), and include any relevant notes.
Review details and tap the Checkmark button to save this receipt entry.
The new receipt now appears in the Material Delivery Log.
