- From the Homescreen, tap the Gallery button.
From any other screen in the app, tap the icon in the lower menu. - The Gallery screen appears displaying all media that has been uploaded and associated with the current project. Tap the “+” button at the bottom of the screen to add a new photo.
- You will be prompted to choose a which type of media file you will be uploading or capturing from your device. Taking a picture or video will use your mobile device to capture new image or video file. If capturing new media, tap Take a Photo or Take a Video to proceed and capture the necessary image/video.
Selecting photos or a video will open your device's media library so that the appropriate file(s) can be accessed. Note that several photos may be uploaded at once, but only one video may be added at a time. Browse files will open the documents folder on your device and other files, such as a PDF format will be available. Choose the appropriate option by tapping on it. - The Add Project Level Media dialogue opens. It will automatically record the date and time added. You will be required to adjust the Visibility for the file, choosing one of the following from the dropdown menu:
Project Owner and Team Leaders: Limits visibility to designated project owners and team leaders. Users who upload a file with this setting, but are not a project owner or team leader will not be able to view their file. Internal Team Members: Limits visibility to internal members of this team. All Project Participants: Allows visibility for anyone with access to this project. - Tap the “Checkbox” button to proceed, or the “X” button to cancel.
- The media now appears in the Gallery screen. It will also appear in the Daily Report for the day that it was uploaded.
- Tap the media to view details now associated with the it. These include who uploaded the file, the project to which it was added, the date and time it was uploaded, what part of the app it was added from, and the visibility.
