The Item Catalog creates a repository for machine, manpower, material, and subsidiary resources that are frequently used so that they may quickly be associated into tasks.
- Tap the
icon in the upper right corner of the app.
- The menu opens. Tap the Admin option.
- Tap the Item Catalog option.
- The Item Catalog section expands revealing all of the available categories. Tap the desired category to proceed.
- The category listing opens displaying all items associated with that category, and the following detail:
a. Search: Enter a search term here to filter down the items displayed in the listing. b. Show Inactive Toggle: By default, only active items are displayed in the listing. Tap this toggle to show inactive items as well. c. Item Listing: Each item listing displays the name, description, cost, and equipment type (for machine items only). Note that only users with SC Cost Visibility permissions will be able to view cost detail. d. Additional Options: Tap this button to access a dropdown menu with Edit and Delete options. e. Add Item: Tap to add a new item to the listing.
