• User Maintenance UI Change: Tabs have been added to display “Active Users,” “Inactive Users,” and “Total Users.” 
  • Each tab displays the number of users who fall into this category. 

 

• - Active Users - # of Users that are in an Active State  

• - Inactive Users - # of Users that are in an Inactive State (Users who: have disabled accounts) 

• - Total Users - All Users including Active and Inactive, as well as users who have not yet been invited and users who have been invited but have not yet confirmed their accounts. 

• Logo Updates 

• - Both Reports produced and emails generated in Field have been updated to reflect the current brand logo for Smart Construction Field. 

• - The mobile app icon, loading pages and self-registration pages have been updated with the new logo as well. 

• - The set-up area where users who will receive Safety Notices and Daily Reports has been modified and the language now reads: “Receive Safety Notices, Equipment Inspections + Daily Reports.” 

• Updated Support Link: Support for Field is now directed to the Smart Construction Support site, giving users access to support resources for all Smart Construction products in a single place. 
• Other Updates + Enhancements: 

• - Users with time entries in Field may no longer be deleted. 

• - Language in the Fuel Log Filter and Fuel Log Detail Report builder has been updated from “Fuel - Truck” to “Fuel Truck or Equipment” to better reflect what is available. 

• - The header and footer areas have been removed from user emails. 
   

• Under Project Info>Contributing Team List the Project Mgmt Access checkbox has been removed, and this access is now granted automatically. This allows anyone on the contributing team to see the project in Smart Construction, unless they have been marked as “restricted” in the contributing users list.
