Via the main menu, administrators may view a listing of the workers who are actively on the clock, the project that the user is working on, and any machinery associated with that user. Clicking into a user's listing will reveal additional details about the user.
Results of this listing may be filtered by team, project, and user status.
Media Enhancements:
Material Receipts:
An "Add Receipt" option has been added to the Material Receipt entry dialogue, allowing users to distinguish receipts from other supporting media added to entries.
All media attachments can be viewed as thumbnails by scrolling through entries in the Material Delivery Log.
Deep Linking of Media Items from Gallery:
Media that has been added outside of the Gallery portion of the app can now be viewed at their entry point (material delivery, equipment inspection, site log, tasks) by clicking on the link in the upper right corner of the media display.
UI/UX Enhancements:
Easier task selection is now available in Task, Time Clock, Time Clock Switch, and Timecard dialogues via a search field.
Task cards in the Task List now display the task's start date and phase within the project.
Other Updates:
The user onboarding experience has improved via an enhanced layout for initial enterprise setup that guides the user through the process.
The Self Registration dialogue now provides a searchable country list for easier country selection.
All Timeclock data is loading as intended in Android and iOS devices.
New messaging on iOS devices informs users of how to set up bluetooth access for the app.
BLE for machine log entries now pulls in the task information associated with the user operating the machine.
