- Time Log – Crew Actions: Upon opening the Time Log, a Crew Actions option will now be presented when there are users actively clocked into Smart Construction. Users will be able to select employees that are currently clocked in (with an active timecard) and select one or all to be clocked out or switched to another project/task/cost code.
- All clocked-in employees will be displayed within the Crew Actions dialogue, and the search bar may be used to look for specific users.
- Choosing to clock out via crew actions will clock out all selected employees as of the current time.
- Choosing to switch will allow the user to switch the current users to a different Task/Cost Code/Project.
- The searchable project dropdown listing within the switch dialogue works the same as the one found in the task selection dialogue.
- Users being switched via a crew action may be switched to a task/cost code/project they are currently clocked into without an error.
- Once switched, a separate time entry will be logged (employee clocked out at the current time for the active entry and clocked into the next selected "Switch" item).
- In order to be switched to a particular project, users must have access to that particular project. (on the managing team, contributing team, or as a contributing user list for the project). In this instance, employees who have access to the project will be switched, those who do not will be indicated via an error modal (modal will state: “Could not switch user(s) below, they do not have access to the selected project.”). Note: It is only possible to switch to a project you are not currently clocked into.
Task Selection List and Cost code selection list will be based on the current project selection.
