Adding + Editing Project Permissions

  1. From the Home screen, tap to open the Main Menu.

  2. Tap to select the Project Info option from the menu.

  3. The Project Info screen opens for the project you are currently viewing. Tap to open Project Permissions.

    If you wish to change project permissions for another project, go to Changing Projects to learn more and then follow the steps below.

  4. The Edit Permissions screen opens. First you will want to assign a Project Manager to the project. Type the name of the user you wish to assign into the Search for user field.

  5. The Project Manager has been added and will now be notified with any updates to the project. To add new user permissions, tap the "+" button in the lower right of the screen.2020-07-31_10-57-02.png

  6. The Add Role Assignment screen opens. Tap the Search for User field. Note that you will not find your own name in the user listing. You are unable to alter your own role assignment in the app.

  7. The Search Users screen opens. Scroll down to choose a user, or type the user's name into the field to narrow the list. Tap the desired user to proceed.

  8. Tap the Role dropdown menu and a listing of roles will appear. Tap any role to see the permissions it includes listed out below. Once the user and role are chosen, tap the Checkmark button to proceed, or the "X" button to cancel.

  9. To add more role assignments, tap the "+" button again and repeat the steps above.

  10. Once all role assignments have been added, tap the Checkmark button to proceed, or the "X" button to cancel.

  11. All new role assignments will appear in the main listing. Tap the down arrow next to any team member to expand and view the details of their permissions.

  12. To edit or delete permissions, tap the More Options dots to the right of the Project Permissions section. The More Options menu opens. Tap Add/Edit to modify project permissions.AirPlay_Screenshot_2020-06-20_03-49-03.png

  13. The Edit Permissions screen opens. To delete, tap the Delete icon on the right side of any team member's listing. To edit, tap the Roles dropdown menu and select a new option. Once all desired changes have been made, tap the Checkmark button to proceed, or the "X" button to cancel.
