Back Arrow: Tap to return to the previous screen. |

Current Project: This detail displays the project whose Fuel Log you're viewing--any entries associated with other projects will not appear in this listing. |

Fuel Log Filter: Tap the Filter icon to limit what is displayed by date range or fuel truck.

Date Toggle: Tap the forward or back arrows to move between dates in the Fuel Log. By default, the current date is displayed when the Fuel Log is opened. |

Date Picker: Tap the date and a date picker calendar will open prompting you to select another date.

Fuel Log Detail Report: Tap this button to run a PDF report detailing all Fuel Log entries for the date being displayed. |

Entry Time: The time listed shows the time that the entry was added to the Fuel Log. Please note that all entries are recorded and displayed in the project's local time zone. If the log is being viewed in a different time zone it will still display in the time zone associated with the project. |

Equipment Type: Each entry in the Fuel Log is associated with a piece of equipment. The icon at the left side of the entry indicates the piece of equipment that was fueled up. |

Fuel Type/Quantity: The fuel type (gasoline, diesel, DEF, etc.) appears here as well as the amount of fuel that was purchased. |

Expand Entry: Tap this arrow to expand the entry and view additional detail including the team member that did the fueling and if the entry is a distribute record, the Fuel Truck the fuel came from.

More Options: Tap the More Options dots to open the menu for options to edit or delete the entry to the Fuel Log.

Add Fuel Log Entry: Tap the “+” icon to add a new entry to the Fuel Log. |
