- Tap the icon in the upper right corner of the app.
- The menu opens. Tap the Admin option.
- The Admin menu opens. Select the Cost Codes option.
- The Cost Code Groups view opens showing a list of all the cost groups that have been created by your organization. Tap the Additional Options dots to view cost codes within the main groupings.
- The Additional Options menu opens. Tap View Tree to view a hierarchy of the cost codes associated with this group.
- To edit or delete a group, tap the Additional Options dots, and select Edit Group from the dropdown menu.
- The Edit Cost Code Group dialogue opens. To edit, modify any text in the Group Name or Group Description fields and tap the Checkmark button. To delete the cost code group, tap the Delete icon in the upper right corner of the screen and confirm that you wish to delete this group.
- To add a new cost code group, tap the Add button in the lower right corner of the screen.
- The Add Cost Code Group dialogue opens. Enter a Group Name and, optionally, a Group Description. Tap the Checkmark button to proceed or the "X" button to cancel.
- The new cost code group now appears in the listing.
