Viewing, Downloading and Deleting Media

1. From the Homescreen, tap the Gallery button.
   
   From any other screen in the app, tap the  icon in the lower menu.
2. The Gallery screen appears displaying all media that has been uploaded and associated with the current project. Tap any thumbnail to review details.
   
3. The screen opens displaying the project the photo was added to, who added the photo, where in the app it was added, the visibility setting, and any notes included. Tap the Download button to download the image to your device. If the media was not uploaded directly into the gallery, you may tap the Deep Link arrow in the upper right corner to visit the media's location in the app (Task, Material Receipts, etc.). Or tap the Edit icon in the upper right corner to modify the file. 
   
   
   
4. The Edit screen appears.
   
   

   a.	To Delete the Media: Tap the Delete icon in the upper right corner of the screen. You will be asked if you are sure you want to delete this attachment. Tap the “Checkbox” button to proceed, or the “X” button to cancel.
   b.	To Mark Up a Photo File: Image files will offer the option in the lower left, the add shapes or draw on an image, drawing attention to a specific area. Tap the Mark Up icon to make these edits.
   b.	To Modify the Notes: Add or edit text in the Notes field, then tap the Notes icon in the center of the lower part of the screen.
