Viewing Project Permissions (Admin Only)

1. Project permissions will be visible only to project administrators. To view project permissions, first tap the icon for the Main Menu in the upper right corner of the app.
   
   
   
2. The Main Menu opens. Tap the Project Info option to continue.
   
   
   
3. The Project Info Admin menu opens. Tap the Project Permissions option to proceed.
   
   
   
4. The Edit Permissions dialogue opens.
   
5. All currently assigned roles associated with this project are displayed in the listing. Tap the down arrow for any user to view details of the permissions associated with the role.
   
   
   When this section is opened it displays all of the permissions available to a user based on the role assigned to them. In the example below, John Tims has the role of Foreman, and has access to the full listing of permissions that appear below. Roles are configured in the Enterprise Console.
   
   
   It is important to note that project-based roles assigned via the Smart Construction Field app will supersede the role that is set in Enterprise Console. The project-based roles only pertain to the functional areas that are accessible from the project action page. Functionality accessed from the main menu (Cost Codes, Equipment Maintenance, Customer, Vendors, etc) are still controlled by the Enterprise Console permission.
