Viewing Surveys in Survey Maintenance

1. Tap the  icon in the upper right corner of the app.
2. The main menu opens. Tap the Admin option.
   
   
   
3. The Admin Settings menu opens. Tap the Safety option.
   
   
   
4. The Safety Settings menu opens. Tap the Surveys option.
   
   
   
5. The Surveys screen appears, displaying the following detail:
    

a.	Back Arrow: Tap this arrow to return to the previous screen.
b.	Search: Enter a search term in this field to find a specific survey.
c.	Show Inactive Toggle: By default only active surveys will be shown. To view inactive surveys as well, tap to switch the toggle. Inactive surveys will display in a "greyed out" format.
d.	Survey Information: Survey category, survey name and survey question count appear in each survey listing. Tap on any listing to view all of the questions in the survey.
e.	More Options: Tap these three dots to open the dropdown menu for this survey, revealing Edit and Delete options.
f.	Required Flag: Surveys that have been marked as "required" for users will be denoted by this marker. To change the required status, use the More Options button (see just above) to edit the settings for a survey.
g.	Add Surveys: Tap the "+" to add new surveys to the listing.
