The following new features are available in this latest release of Smart Construction Field.

• • Daily Report Updates: In this release, Daily Reports experience major enhancements in ease of use and increased functionality.
    
    
    • The Daily Report content areas divide out into those that already contain data for the day (Sections Included) and those that do not (Sections Available). 
    • It's possible to access, edit and add to the following sections from within the Daily Report area: Time Log, Fuel Log, Equipment Log, Material Delivery Log, Site Log, Subcontractor Log, and Tasks. Records in this section may be copied, edited, deleted, etc. just as they are in that portion of the application. (Photos and Surveys may be added or administered outside of the Daily Report.)
    • Time Log approval has been streamlined into the Daily Report's workflow--time must be approved for the report to be run. Additionally, any required daily surveys must be completed before the Daily Report may be run.
      
    • Security settings around Daily Report functionality ensure that users will only be able to view the sections of the application for which they have permissions--all other sections will remain hidden.
    • Daily Reports are now emailed to users who have been set up to receive them as a deep link to a PDF of the report.
  • Payroll Reports: A new report, Comprehensive Labor and Equipment, has been added. This report shows labor time entries and equipment operation times, consolidated by employee/operator. Entries are summarized by project, by day, by cost code, and then by equipment. Details include employee name/ID, project name/ID, cost code name/#, total hour duration, and equipment details.
    
    
    • Three payroll reports are now available: Standard, Summary View, and Comprehensive Labor + Equipment.
    • The Comprehensive Labor and Equipment report is available as a CSV file.
    • The Standard payroll report can be generated as a PDF, CSV, or QuickBooks desktop file.
  • Equipment Log:
    
    • The time, operator, and machine associated with an entry may all be edited. An icon indicates when an entry has been edited.
    • Entries into the Equipment Log are now permitted to overlap.
  • Equipment Admin: BLE and QR Equipment setup now resides beneath Equipment setup in the Admin menu.
  • Tasks: 
    • Both the user and team now display in the task list.
    • Tasks may now be filtered by project phase.

    • Change Orders have been removed from the application, pending further development
