Production PowerGrid: Production data is now available in a PowerGrid for review, analysis and the ability to add new production entries.
Production data includes the project, task, production date, production entry, production estimate, the date a record was created, the date a record was changed, and changed by.
Data can be grouped by project, task, and unit, or filtered by unit, date, or project.
New production records can be added via the PowerGrid.
Users can also click on the Progress Actual column for any task to view all production entries for that task.
Data can be exported to .csv or .pdf files.
Production Dashboard
Production data can be used to create new dashboard panels specific to production.
User Admin PowerGrid + Filter
Found in the More Options main menu, administrators can now maintain users via the User Admin dialogue.
From this screen, users with permissions can unlock the accounts of users who were locked out of Office as a result of entering the wrong password too many times.
New users can be added or activated here, their details can be updated, and they can be invited from this dialogue.
As with other PowerGrids in Office, filters, grouping and sorting are available for this data.
Geofence Functionality:
Project and task geofences can now be created without a site plan by using map functionality.
Geofences can be established using polygons, circles/radii, and/or lines.
Enterprise Settings:
From this administrative screen in Office, admin users can set default values for the organizations labor cost, labor billing rate, equipment cost, wage type and modify the rounding standard for time entries, among other settings.
Time Menu becomes Resource Menu:
The Time menu in the left navigation has been renamed the Resource menu to accommodate a broader set of functionality, including the Production And Equipment Time PowerGrids.
Infinite Scroll: Performance enhancements have been made so that even in the presence of 1,000's of rows of data the user experience will be seamless.
Print Format Optimization: Improvements have been made to PowerGrid print formatting.
Edit Phase: Functionality allowing users to easily edit a specific phase within a project has been added.
