• Cost Fields Security:
  • In this new version, cost fields are available in the Tasks, Change Orders, Equipment Setup, Equipment Types, Labor Types, Item Catalog, and Item Kit areas of Smart Construction Field. 
  • This cost data can be restricted within the Role Maintenance dialogue. Only users with SC Cost Visibility rights permitted in Role Maintenance will be able to see this data.
• Domain Conversion:
  • Smart Construction Field may now be reached via https://field.smartconstruction.com
  • Smart Construction Office may now be reached via https://office.smartconstruction.com. 
• Jobsite Member Invite:
  
  • Users outside of the organization (extended team members) can now be invited to Smart Construction Field to log labor and equipment time.
• Wage Type Support:
  
  • In Wage Type Maintenance, users can now associate a multiplier with special wage types. For example, double time would be the standard wage multiplied by two.
• Reporting:
  
  • Payroll Reporting is now available as a customizable PDF report showing time entered with wage type by user, by project, by cost code.
  • Labor Time Log Detail View provides reporting as a PDF or CSV containing all details around labor time entries for the date range established.
  • Daily Cost Report gathers all costs associated with a project for the day and shares production progress as well.
